This is my second, and technically third, review for Denise Lucchesi! Subsequent to buying a property through a 1033 Exchange, we needed to sell some land and purchase another property through a 1031/1033 combination. We had already identified the buyer for the land, but knew that a professional needed to be involved to manage the details. Of course we called Denise as she had handled our previous purchase perfectly.
The timing for the sale of the land had to coordinate with the purchase of another property through very strict guidelines. Denise was able to work with our buyer (through dual agency) to address the timing and details of the sale while she helped us shop for a replacement property. Of course, true to form, my husband and I found the replacement property on the first day. LOL! Made an offer, were accepted, did some inspections, then revised the offer...all with Denise's expert guidance. We closed on the land sale and 5 days later closed on the new house...perfect timing and all within the guidelines we needed to follow.
We will be working with Denise again. She's the best! (Still don't think she ever sleeps.)

Denise Lucchesi is like a real estate counselor. She guided me to find the home that was perfect for me. Also, she steered me away from settling on the wrong place. Denise is also like a real estate educator. She taught me about how to select, negotiate, and finance a home. She is the real deal too. She is not pretentious or superficial. Instead, she is a good and kind person who answers to a genuine calling of helping people find their dream homes. I only had $350,000 to buy a home and she supported my buyer's journey from beginning to end, as if I was buying a 2-million-dollar home. I see why she is voted the best realtor in Petaluma year after year.

She seemed to understand the demographics the buyers for my particular property, and we got a large amount of people during the open houses. Denise was very professional. She did a superb job in guiding me through the process of selling the home; from staging, to clean up, to paper work. She commands a responsive and attentive group of professionals who did great work in tight timeframes; from painters, to stagers, yard maintenance and clean up. she was very attentive to details and communicated well with the key players in the transaction. she completed tasks timely and the transaction closed smoothly. i would gladly work with Denise in future transactions.

Our family (including my father before me) had considered listing our home several times over several years prior to this listing. Each time Denise made herself available and was helpful in providing information to help us decide whether or not it was the right time to sell the home. This meant that she spent many hours with us doing work that never resulted in compensation for her. I was very naive about this process when I first decided to buy in Petaluma. A friend recommended Denise Lucchesi and I'm so glad he did! Denise knows Sonoma County and Petaluma very well. She had a lot of valuable insight into the area and condo complex I was buying into. She's helpful, friendly and relaxed about what can be an anxious process, especially since I don't live in the area. She was available whenever I needed, she handled inspections, repair requests, etc. quickly and efficiently, and negotiated a great price without drama or delay. Even with the sale final, Denise is still answering questions and helping me along.
